The fashion, the Beauty, the history, the Music… The love the French have for ALL music- Soul, Funk, Jazz, Fusion, Afro-beat, Pop, you name it. Sounds that have carried me throughout my life and have become my personal “Sound track” – I am sure that this is the same for most of you. – The desire for it. Mad Orchid
Mad Orchid is an alternative modern rock band from Connecticut. They are endorsed by Orange Amplifiers, In Tune Guitar Picks, and Illusion Clothing and have recently performed on Comcast’s “Up and Coming” television series. Mad Orchid is a featured Homegrown Band on 106.9 WCCC Hartford and receive airplay and are advertised on PIXY 103 FM Cape Cod, 88.7 WHSU FM New Haven, WXPR New York, and Alexa Digital Radio, among others. They have performed for various major benefit concerts and organizations, including LIVESTRONG and Make A Wish Foundation. They have also recently opened for Tom Morello’s new band Street Sweeper Social Club.
Mad Orchid is currently recording a new full-length album at Five Below Studios in Connecticut.

The Pony Romp in Central Park
Ms Reina Darkness, head mistress of NIUKA Stables and the New York Chapter of Club Femme, had an event in Central Park of New York City called Pony Play.
ClubFEM NYC is a social organization composed of individuals who want to develop sincere Female dominant/male submissive relationships. The Dommes are in charge of the ClubFEM activities at all times. ClubFEM Dommes are considerate and caring Women who want the D/s experience to be enjoyable for all participants. ClubFEM members get to know each other very well and even get together for vanilla activities occasionally. The Dommes are friendly and helpful to other Dommes who wish to grow in their knowledge and abilities.
A few words about D/s (dominance/submission) as part of BDSM: To some Women, being dominant means having a man provide service for such things as house cleaning, massages, manicures/pedicures, running errands, etc. To other Women, dungeon scenes using BDSM equipment such as spanking benches, crosses, whips, paddles, canes and ropes are their ways to enjoy Female domination. SM sado-masochistic or bondage behaviors are not necessarily desired by all Women who dominate men. It is important for potential new members to realize these differences and understand that Dommes may choose one or a combination of both to achieve fulfillment. The primary focus of the Club is a variety of dominant/submissive activities and behaviors between Women and submissive men.
